We have built this community on family values, providing a safe, quiet place to live at affordable prices in a neighborhood that has stood the test of time.
My wife and I have been residents in Dutch Hollow Village for 10 years, but have been aware of the village since its inception. It was developed by Bill and Roberta Symonds and continued under their leadership until their passing.
We would welcome you as a new neighbor to Dutch Hollow village should you decide to join us in the Senior Section of the park. This is the newest section and was developed in about 1993. It hosts all double wide homes with the entrance off Frank Scott Parkway. Our home is situated on a corner lot with the back facing the woods. We enjoy the quiet woods and the haven for animals and birds. We are fervent bird waters and feeders.
We enjoy the friendly neighbors. We have a mixture of couples, widows, and widowers. This is quite natural since we are the area set aside for “older” residents. The park is conveniently near Memorial Hospital, medical offices, and churches. It’s only a 15 minute drive to downtown St. Louis for a sporting event or some other cultural happening.
We have the enjoyment of “small town” living near “big town” opportunities.
